Brahma Muhurta means the time of the creator. Its the time, when you can create yourself. The last quarter of the night around 3:30 AM to 5:30 or 6:00 AM is considered Brahma Muhurta. Doing yogic sadhana during this time can immensely benefit to be in sync and rhythm of the cycles of nature.
All yoga practices cant be taught online. Under Sadhguru’s guidance we teach only those practices that are safe and effective to be taught online. There are also other practices that can be taught only through In-person teaching.   Also, This is a live, two-way video program, Participants are required to keep their video switched on, so that teachers can observe and provide required practice corrections
We take in only a limited number of registrations. About 20-25 participants per batch. The participants need to keep their camera turned on, so the teachers can closely observe your practices. The teachers also do individual practice corrections t o help fine-tune your practices whenever needed.
This is a live session only, we don't provide any recordings. If you happen to miss 1-2 classes, you can let us know, based on the aspects covered in that session we can see how you can be caught up. If its more than 1-2 classes, it becomes challenging to catch up
We are headquartered at Chennai and we have two physical studios , 2400 sq.ft each established in Chennai. Our teachers are also located across major cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Mumbai.
The program includes practices which are physical in nature which gets intensified over the 21 days. For example one of the core practices that we do that is physical in nature is the practice of Yoga Namaskar also includes cardiovascular activity. We start with 3 cycles and systematically increase the number of cycles. Towards the 3rd week of the program you will be able to do about 21 cycles in one session. Although this program is not meant for weight reduction, there are several participants who have seen differences in their weight within a few weeks of the program when they are consistent with the practices and incorporate aspects about food that we provide about raw food.
If you're looking for weight reduction the 21 Days online program is the first step you can take which will give help you gain required gain physical strength in body after which you will be able to talk to teachers and they will suggest the next step of learning other physically more intense Isha hatha yoga practices offered which will help in weight reduction.
Our approach is holistic in nature. Sadhguru says that unless you bring a certain balance and ease in the level of your physical body, sitting in meditation can become a very difficult process. We teach meditation as part of the program along with the physical practices. The physical practices bring an enormous amount of balance and stability in the physical body which inturn reflects in the level of your mind. Thereby sitting in a state of meditativeness becomes an effortless process.
