YogaBandham reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the dates, times, and locations of any program. In such cases, participants will be notified in advance, and options for refunds or program credits will be provided.
No refunds or credits will be issued for participants who are absent from the program without any prior intimation.

Participants understand that their participation in yoga classes, workshops, retreats, or any other related activities (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Yoga Program") involves certain risks and hazards. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Program provided by YogaBandham, participants hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
Participants are aware that participating in the Yoga Program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, and other injuries. They voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Yoga Program.
Participants certify that they are in good health and physical condition to participate in the Yoga Program. They acknowledge that it is their responsibility to consult with a physician or healthcare provider before participating in any physical activity, especially if they have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.
Participants release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue YogaBandham, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by them during their participation in the Yoga Program, including but not limited to those caused by the negligence or fault of the released parties.
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YogaBandham, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to their participation in the Yoga Program.
Participants hereby grant YogaBandham the right to use, reproduce, and distribute any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Yoga Program for promotional and marketing purposes.
Participants acknowledge that they have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Liability Waiver, and they voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
