Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

- Participants can request to cancel their registration for programs up to 7 days before the scheduled start date to get a full refund.
- Cancellations requested until 3 days before the program start date will result in a 20% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested between 0-3 days of the program start date or once after the program starts.

o However, participants can request their registration to be transferred for a future batch that is scheduled to start within in the next 30 days of the original program start date.
o Please note that the transfer of enrollment can be facilitated one time only after which the registration is no longer valid.

Refund Policy

- Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the stipulated cancellation period.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.

Agreement

Participants acknowledge that they have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this cancellation and refund policy and agree to its terms and conditions.
